Application for Student Registration Waiver

We have limited funds to defray registration fee for students. If you are interested in fee waiver, please complete the fee waiver application by December 6, 2024. Students who are granted a waiver will be notified by December 16, 2024.

Eligibility 

  • Enrollment Status: Must be currently enrolled as a full-time or part-time student at an accredited institution.

  • Financial Need: Demonstrated financial need through scholarship application.

  • Conference Relevance: Statement explaining how attending the conference will benefit their academic or professional development.

  • Application Submission: Complete the application form by December 6, 2024.
